Podcasts (on Spotify)

Here's a list of podcasts that you might find interesting and hopefully useful, to insert into your everyday life. I've carefully compiled this list for you, or started to, and I hope to keep it growing with the help of your recommendations. Please remember that this list, like many resources on this blog, is to give you a starting point and hopefully to inspire you to go out and look for your own material. The internet is very vast, I don't know everything that's out there, and what's more, your own initiative will be the driving force behind your English learning.

Many podcasts on different topics on the VOA website

Levar Burton Reads (B1+) This guy, man... he's a legend. When I was a kid, he had a show called Reading Rainbow on a US broadcast channel: PBS. This channel was instrumental in my childhood, as it had many wholesome shows for kids that were educational is some way or another. Reading Rainbow was indeed intended for a very young audience but it inspired a whole generation to develop a love for reading. Now, since LeVar has a great voice and really loves his work so much, he created this podcast which I think is not directed just toward children but a much larger and older audience.
Also, he's freaking Geordi LaForge on STARTREK, BABY!
