This page has a couple of tables I always use to explain conditional clauses.
I recommend the first graphic as a reminder, the first table, and the last one at the bottom of the page. You don't need to read everything else, I just found it confusing.
Also, you don't need to learn them all, it depends on your level. Usually we teach it at this rate:
0 and 1st conditional → level A2 or A2B1
2nd conditional → B1
3rd conditional → B2
